We take fulfillment seriously — every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Here's what you can expect when you order with us:


Pre-Made Items
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday.
Please note: weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.


Pre-Order Items
Made-to-order items require 3–4 weeks for production. These pieces are crafted with precision, and your patience ensures the highest quality.
You’ll be notified as soon as production is complete and your item is ready to ship.


Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a tracking number via email the moment your order leaves our facility.
If you don’t see a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact our support team.


Shipping Times
Average shipping takes 5–7 business days after your item is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and local carrier delays.


Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out — we’re not responsible for delays or reshipment fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the carrier directly.
